Sent messages are stuck in Outbox, I recently went DSL

I just switched from ISDN to DSL and find my sent messages getting stuck in
my Outlook 2003 outbox. I am sitting on a home LAN, and am not the primary
machine on the LAN, just downstream of the router that is directly signed up
as the ATT DSL machine. Incoming mail and webbased mail works fine. What
settings should I have changed if any?
