We have a user who is using Outlook 2k7 an Outlook Anywhere connection to our
Exchange server. He also has two POP3/SMTP accounts in his outlook profile.
The Outlook Anywhere (Exchange) account is the default sending account.
Messages are getting stuck in the Outbox even after clicking the
send/receive button. However, I can check the Exchange server and see the
messages have been sent. In addition, I have verified the messages are in
his sent items folder and not in the Outbox using OWA.
What can we do to remove this issue?
