sent to folder fields

The 'Sent To' folder of my IMAP account won't show the 'To' field, only the
From field, which since they're all sent by me isn't particularly hepful...
I've put the 'To' field in there but it's empty, (I have headers only
downloaded, but surely it must have the 'To' field downloaded?) If I
highlight it, it downloads the messege, and then shows who the letter was
sent to. Not very helpful if you're looking a letter you sent a few days
ago...
Am I missing something, or is Outlook 2003 just very poorly set up for IMAP?

outlook is not the best imap client in the world. It looks like the to
field is not included in headers only - typically, with incoming messages
you know who the message is sent to.

Please, I am searching for the answer on this. In the outlook standard sent
folder, using exchange server the "To" field is always filled. But with imap
the "To" field is empty, which gives you no way of searching through your
email. This must be easy to solve.
