I'm using MS Word 2003 to create a document on my office's network drive.
Sometimes...not always...when I make a change to the doc, save it and print
the current page to my local printer (not the network printer) or maybe a
small range of pages my doc will be messed up.
After I print I will see that, within each paragraph, all of the sentences
will merge together onto one line. I can't make out the words or sentences
b/c they are all scrunched together onto one line.
I tried going to Format/Paragraph/Line Spacing and changing the line spacing
back to 1.5--like it should be--but that doesn't work. In fact, I have to
reset that dialog box--including where you adjust the
pagination/Widow/Orphan--b/c it's either set on nothing or all the check
boxes are checked off.
What I end up doing is closing the doc, don't save it, and reopening it a
couple of times and mysteriously it will open with the sentences looking
normal. I'm concerned it won't do that one day.
Is it a problem my local printer's driver...even though it doesn't happen
all the time? Can anyone help re: this?
Thanks very much!
