Separate grow/shrink columns on single report page

Hi,

I have a report in an MS access database where 2 text boxes are side to
side (going left to right - call them A & B, with being on the Left and
B being on the right), and a third text box is below box B only. I have
all 3 boxes set to shrink / grow. At present if box A grows, it pushes
down box C, even if box B did not grow - is there a way to keep these 3
boxes on the same page and have it such that box A can shrink / grown
without affecting box C?

Can you set the bottom of A below the top of C? This would require making A
taller.
