separate numbers out of string

Hi.


I have a 21 digit number, and I want the 2'nd through 10'th digits placed in
cell B1. I would like the 11'th and 12'th digits placed in cell C1. I would
like the 19'th through 21'st digits placed in cell C3. How do I do this?
