Separate Profiles: What do I do with Define Groups?

I am using Outlook in XP Pro. I have defined 5 Profiles under one login
account. Each Profile has its own email address (but using the same Comcast
mail server), Address Book, and PST file. When I select one of these
Profiles and start configuring Outlook, there is one thing I don't
understand. It seems that the Send/Receive ALL (F9) option will normally try
to send and receive for all accounts on mail,comcast.net. Is this true even
if I'm running Outlook for a given unique Profile? How can I set it up so
that any sending and receiving while using a Profile is only for THAT
Profile?
