Separating Note container

If I have written into a note container and now want to create two containers
from its contents - is there an easy way to do that? OR

How do you get onenote to create a separate container for text?

Each little "paragraph" of text within the container should have its own
handle if you select just in front of it. Grab that handle and drag it out
of the container and it should create a new container for you.

Drag over the text you want to move to the new container.

You have to deal in whole lines. So if you want part of a line insert
a line break then drag to select.

Drag the blue handle to the left of the selected text to the desired
new location.

You may also copy the container and paste it at the new spot by clicking
the handle on the top of the container.
