Separating the voice recording in word

Hello All,

I have a voice recording in a word document that I'd like to separate
and send as an MP3 to a recipient. Is this something that I can do?

Tools/Audio Notes/Export Audio...?

That will export with whatever coding your Note Recording preferences
are set to (AIFF, MP4 or WAV).

There are any number of audio converters available if you need mp3
(including iTunes).
