Seperated fields in form

I am using MS Access 2000. I need to create a form from a
query. This query will always only return six records or
less. My problem is I want to have each record (result)
of the query appear as a seperate line (fields) in the
form. Ex: If the query returns four different "serial
numbers" for the "serial number field" I want each serial
number in it's own field on the form.

I tried using subforms but it doesn't allow me to add
unbound fields to the result which I would need to do for
other purposes.

Thanks in advance.

have you tried a continuous form?

I don't use them much, but it sounds like what you are looking for.

Make your form header and footer display whateer you need, then make your
detail section rather short and indlude (in a horizontal orientation) the
fields you wish.
