Seperating data

I have information I am importing from Excel. in one column, I have
data1 in the second, I data2,data3 I can get this information in but I need
to seperate the second column where the comma is. Does anyone know how to do
this?

The quick way that springs to mind is to save as .TXT and then import
specifying the comma as the delimiter
