Seperating Line Between Header/Footer and the Drawing

Hi,

I can't seem to find the option to add a line seperating the header/footer
and the drawing in the middle.

Help please.

If your page is the same size as your printed page, you should be using a
background page. On the background page you can anything anywhere, just
remember to attach it to a foreground page.

Would you show me how to make a "background" page please?

Sorry to ask but pressing F1 just doesn't cut it.
