Seperation Bar In Inbox

There should be an insertable bar in the inbox that a user can identify a
custom break point

For a suggestion to make sense you might want to add some more info. You're
not making much sense right now. Nor are you discussing the benefits of your
suggestion or the scope of people that it applies too.
