Sequential numbering on a form

I develop excel forms using VBA code which are placed in the internet.
We need to set up sequential numbering on the forms. That is, each
form requires it have a unique number attached to it.

Our problem is that these forms are accessed via the internet for our
company and may be opened by more than one person at a time.
