Hi,
I have MS Office 2003 SBE that came with my Dell computer.
I recently suffered a crash, and had to reformat my hard
drive. I no longer can find my cd case for the product and
was wondering how to get a new one, for free. I will NOT
pay for a product I have already purchased, and was
wondering how to remedy this situation. Thanks.

You are responsible for the products you purchase. Contact Dell for the
software that was installed on your oem system.

presumably if you lose yr cell phone you expect the supplier to give you a
new one?
