serious problem about the scheduling of administrative time project and break the vacations into dec

Hi,


I have a serious problem
I have made a vacations report in which when the user or administrator enter
the vacation of anyperson is 8 hour . and it will recalculate to 1 day
holidays and all these was working fine .

but when the manager enter the wrong leave of team member by mistake and
after the complain or reminder of team member the manager log in to project
web access with the admin password and move into admin page and open
"customize project web access page " and select the "Non Managed Period
Option"
(Now we are working in managed periods) and then click on save button and
save the settings .
and open the vacation project in the project professional open "Resource
usage view " and remove the wrong leave of that user from field and
republish the project
.. but after few days some team member notice that there vacations are
vanished from their time sheet and hours in decimals are appearing there .
we are worried why all these happening .

pls reply me soon in detail. i will be thankful to you. because scheduling
of project professional is very difficult .
