Server 2003 licensing

Chris Mitchell

I've purchased web access licenses for users who will only
be updating project data. I've bought project professional
licenses for the select few who will be publishing
projects.

My question concerns standard project licenses. I have
several users with the standard project edition. Does this
include the CAL to update information through the web
portal if they wanted to?

If you can help this person, then why don't you post the answer in the
newsgroup so that everyone can benefit? This newsgroup is a forum where we
all help one another publicly. I would suggest you start posting some real
answers instead of merely advertising your services.

No, a CAL does not come with Standard. You will have to purchase a PWA CAL if they want to update project data in ProjectServer.
