Server Application Errors - PjENAgent.cpp

We are running Project Server Pro 2003. The server log shows clusters of the
following error every few days or so:

Error Number: 0x80004005
Description: Assert Detected. The error code was also included.

We have strange behaviour when PMs try to access Updates on PWA..hanging,
sometimes a runtime error, line 1407. Any ideas? Are these related?
