Server busy error when printing envelopes.

We used Quickbooks 2010 & it transfers to our Word program when we print
envelopes (Microsoft Office Word 2007). Word allows me to print one envelope
then I get a "server busy" error. The message says that Word is busy and I
need to choose "switch to" or "retry". I've tried both and I still cannot
print the envelope. Quickbooks & Microsoft both want to charge me to just ask
them what is wrong. Someone please help. Cannot run business without being
able to print envelopes. Thanks!

Make sure that you have the latest driver for your printer, then delete the
printer and reinstall it. Go to you user temp folder and delete all the temp
file, The temp folder should be empty when all applications are closed. See
