Server calendar vs. non server calendar

I am using Project 2003 Enterprise Edition. My question is about the
calendars. When I have saved my project on my C drive, without the server
features I can only use the Project Calendar installed with Project stand
alone. When I am on the server I can only use the Enterprise Calendar. Are
those the only options? When I'm on the server I'd like to be able to access
the calendar options I have when I'm in the stand alone (not logged onto the
server) version of Project. Is that possible?

Thanks

Hello,
You must allow the use of local calendars :
Connect on PWA with the Administrator permissions.
Admin / Server Configuration / Allow the local calendars.. (rough
translation from French version)

Hope this helps,

You might also use the Organizer to copy the Enterprise calendar to your
local. (tools, organizer). However, this might create issues as the
enterprise calendar is updated.

I usually check out the project to my local drive and work with it. I don't
remember seeing any calendar issues. It sounds like you are saving the file
as mpp to work with it rather than checking it out. Can you verify?

You're talking about using the save off-line feature when you say "check out
the project to my local drive ?"
