Server Cannot read user list

Hi

Does someone know why my Server cannot read the User list from the Active
Directory? It works properly if i set the permissions manually, but if i try
to set im in Frontpage -> Extras > Security it tells me tha a server error
happend... the Server isnt able to read le user list from the domain....

any idea?
