Server Connectivity Issues

Hi,

Recently, one of the users of our network has been experiencing
problems regarding connecting to our Exchange server via Outlook 2003.
It will periodically display "attempting to connect to..." our server
and will eventually reconnect. Other than these random interruptions
in connection, Outlook's status on her machine is "Online" at the
bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Any ideas why? She is not losing her network connection, as she is
able to connect to the internet during these short outtages.

I would like to see if someone has an answer too. We have a customer who is
hosting their own exchange server and they are getting this speradically too.
It is not cabling as we certified the cable and it passed. She has to close
and relaunch several times before she gets a Connected status.

I too have posted something similar with it losing connectivity, but just to
outlook, and no response, we are part of an organisation all over australia
and we have several users at each site, with this issue - please help
