Hello, I work for a large organization in the help desk. I have had a user
who somehow ended up with 93 mb of emails in her mailbox. We went in and
checked the local size of the mailbox once we cleared it out, and were are
now at 3 mb. We made sure everything was deleted out (sent items, deleted
items). The problem is the exchange server is still showing at 93mb, which she
is still closed out of her mailbox. I did notice when I right clicked the
mailbox and went to properties, and folder size. The server data was still at
93 mb, but the local data is showing at 3 mb. My question is: "how do you get
rid of the server data" on Microsoft outlook 2007. The server data's size is
showing the inbox at being 93 mb; however, there is only 3 mb viewable. We
are using outlook 2007.
Thanks all for your help
