server error, blocked file

I just finisehd setting up MS Project 2003 server. When
I try to access the server through the web client, I get
the following error:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the
administrator: /isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

Any idea what I might have missed during the install. I
also get this error when looking at my sharepoint site.

administrator: /sites/winstis/Views/PortfolioView.asp
