Server error: Cannot create folder "0".

I have not been able to update our website on the host server without getting this message that terminates the upload. I've changed my web folder so that they are the same as they were on Jan. 31st 2016 and loaded my web folder by selecting remote to local. I still get the error. It makes me believe that one of the Windows updates published by Microsoft during the week following Jan, 31st created this problem. None of the updates I've attempted to publish to our web site since Feb. 7th has been successful.

At least you are one step ahead of me, as I have not yet been able to go to even the first step of creating my website for sharepoint on my Hard Disk. Cheers !!
