Server Error: Cannot create folder "_overlay". When Publishing

Hello,
I am experiencing the Server Error: Cannot create folder "_overlay" when
publishing (local to remote.)

Can someone assist me in resolving this problem?

You need to contact your web host and ask them to run a check on the extensions and/or check the
permissions for your account.
