Server Error: Cannot create folder "_overlay"

Hi -

I'm getting this error message:

Server Error: Cannot create folder "_overlay"

What is this and how do I fix it?

If this is on the live/remote server, you will need to contact your web host to have them run a
check on the extensions and/or check the permissions for your account.
