Server error: Cannot create folder W3SVC104

The themes on my website have disappeared. I went to the hosting control
panel, removed and reinstalled FP Extensions.

When I try to publish from my computer to the host site, I get an error that
says:
SERVER ERROR: CANNOT CREATE FOLDER W3SVC104

Host tech support has not been especially helpful. Can anyone here help?

Hi Joe.

It's probably one of two things (or maybe both)

Try installing the extensions again and see if that clears it up. If not..
then it more than likely is a permissions problem..which your host will
probably need to fix.
