Server Error-Cannot Create Folders 1_1_4322

Whenever I try and publish my site and keep recievng this error.
I have contacted godaddy who says it is a frontpage issue.
My site has been live with just a coming soon page for mths now.
I selected the index for the "Coming Soon page" and placed it under do not
publish and published the new pages.

Make sure your folder names do not start with a number.
