"Server error: FP security violation"

I'm getting a security error (Server error: FrontPage security violation)
when I try to publish to my website using FP2000.

I'm wondering it the source of the problem is the buggy security update
Q815021 that was recalled because it caused some internet problems with some
users. My internet connection is otherwise fine.

I was going to Remove this update using Add/Remove, but it warned that some
of my other programs might not work if I removed this file. I'm reluctant to
risk this unless I'm certain it's the source of my problem.

Any ideas about what would cause this security violation?
