Server error: Kann Datei "service.cnf" nicht schließen.

My hard drive broke and when i got a new one and loaded frontpage on the
following error appears when it try to publish my site.
Server error: Kann Datei "service.cnf" nicht schließen.

I have checked space and there is plenty on my server.

Any help much appreciated

1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
- in FP 2003 you need to look in the super hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server
Extensions\Cache
3) Open your online site in FP and run a Tools Recalculate hyperlinks
4) Open your local site in FP and run a Tools Recalculate hyperlinks
Try publishing again
If you still get same error have your host delete the service.cnf file

Thanks David - tried all that and still will not upload. Using lycos so maybe
contact them to see if they can help.

Any other suggestions in the mean time?
