Server Error with photogalleries

I'm using Frontpage 2002 have two picture problems... Help

I have recently been getting a message when I try to publish after addind photos to an existing photo gallery. It's the one "Photo Gallery xxx has been modified by.... do you wish to replace?" I click Yes to all then it begins publishing but will not complete. I get a popup error message that reads "Server Error: The page photogallery xxx has been modified by... " and it fails to update my web. This never happened to me in the past and I've always added pictures to existing photo galleries without even getting that first message

The second problem is this: If I place a picture in a photogallery, whenever I try to use the same one on another page it gives the red x (except on my own computer, naturally). I usually end up renaming the pictures something else in order to finally get them to display which is not only a pain but means that I have two of the same pic taking up space on my server

Thanks for any suggestions...I'm getting desperate and my site needs to be updated
