Server error

I'm running into a problem with new Dell computers running
XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro. Outlook loses its connection
to the Exchange server (2000). A login window eventually
pops up asking you to log back on. Some times it works
and all is fine. Some times Outlook needs restarted. Its
very annoying and causes, I believe, the computers to be
very slow running because they're trying to connect.
Any help is appreciated!!!!
