Server Errors?

What is this error and how can I get around it? I am running Frontpage XP.

"server error: Cannot cloese file "service.cnf"."

Find the file on your computer, then using windows explorer, right click on it
and uncheck Read Only. Should fix it.

It comes up with 8 files on my computer when I search for service.cnf. Not
one of them has the 'read-only' box checked. Any other ideas?

Go to:
http://www.google.com/
In the search box put in the following, including the quotes & you should get
the answer somewhere in the 1st few links:
"server error: Cannot close file "service.cnf"
