Server Extensions are not applied to site

I have 3 sites on the same server recently upgraded to 2003 OS (IIS 6.0)and
Front Page. Two sites I can administrate are version 5.0.2.#### and the one
that does not allow me to add manager users is version 6.0.2.###

When I right click under IIS I am not offered under all tasks anything about
server extensions.

When I try to add a manager to the site I get: The server administration
programs and the server extensions on the web server are not compatible. The
administration program is too old to use with this server.

I'm having some trouble following you. Remember, the more information you
provide, the likelier you are to get a quick and correct answer. For
example, you said "When I right click under IIS I am not offered under all
tasks anything about server extensions." I can probably assume that you are
talking about working with the IIS snap-in. However, what does "under IIS"
mean? Assuming (again) that you mean somewhere in the treeview on the left,
under the top-level "Internet InformationServices" node, there are at least
a half-dozen nodes directly under that one, and at least several child nodes
under each of thos, and so on.

Now, if you had said "When I right-click a web site in the IIS snap-in..." I
would know exactly what you did, and why what you described as happening (or
not happening) did or did not happen. But I would have to guess, which
lowers your probability of getting a useful answer.

So, for now, I'm going to assume that you meant what I described in my
second paragraph and go from there. Hope I'm right!

FrontPage Server extensions do not by default come packaged with IIS 6. They
can be included by using the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs tool,
specifically, the Add/Remove Windows Components tool. If you see nothing at
all about Server extensions when you right-click a web site, you probably
need to install them from that tool.

After that, you need to configure them for each web site individually. And
IIS 6 has a "new" feature which you can find in a node under your local
machine node, called "Web Service Extensions." Make sure that FrontPage
Server Extensions are Allowed for the web sites you need them in.
