Server Extensions

How can I tell if my server extensions are messed up? I cannot submit a
simple one field form that should work. I checked and it says
The following virtual servers are available on this machine. To
perform site administration tasks for a virtual server, click the virtual
server name. To specify configuration settings for a virtual server, click
Administration. To Extend FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 to a virtual
server, click Extend. To upgrade to the latest version of FrontPage Server
Extensions 2002, click Upgrade.
Name URL Version
NAMCP.ORG http://www.namcp.org 5.0.2.6790 Administration
Mid-Atlantic Marine http://www.mid-atlanticmarine.com 5.0.2.6790
Administration
WOMENINMANAGEDCARE.ORG http://www.womeninmanagedcare.org
5.0.2.6790 Administration

When I click on administration and go to fp extensions, it gives me the
option to delete them in one of two ways, just delete, or something that
deletes all meta data as well. It then goes on to say if I chose meta data
delete I might have issues I later I reinstall the extensions. So I've been
hesitant to delete and reinstall for this reason. What should I do?

Namcp and mid-atlantic marine work ok.

After clicking the Administration link you should click the link (above
the Administration heading) "Go to Site administration for [server
name]". This allows some (or all) the following:

Set users and Roles
Configure Usage Analysis Settings
Server Health
Version Control
Subwebs administration

You need to Check Server Health, and tick all the boxes on the server
health page.
If this is not an option then ask your host to check the server health.

If the form does not work, it could be a configuration issue (is email
set up in the extensions?), a permissions issue (does the _private
folder have the correct permissions for saving form data - this would be
corrected by the server health routine), or the form is incorrectly
coded - need to see the form to check.

I don't see those choices. My server is 2003, and what I see is a page that
says
FrontPage Server Extensions 2002
Virtual Server Administration

Under that I have these options:

Use this page to perform general administration tasks for this
virtual server. Use the following links to return to your web site or the
Server Administration page.
Go to http://www.womeninmanagedcare.org
Go to Site administration for
http://www.womeninmanagedcare.org
Administration

The links below take you to pages where you can uninstall or
upgrade FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 , change configuration settings for
this virtual server.

Uninstall FrontPage Server Extensions 2002
Upgrade virtual server with FrontPage Server Extensions 2002
Change configuration settings
Configure user account limits

When I click on any of the above I don't see anything like what
you are talking about.
Where and how do I get to what you are talking about?

Did I not say

</quote>

"Go to Site administration for http://www.womeninmanagedcare.org"

looks a lot like that to me. Click that link and get to the actual
Administration page.
