server is currently unavailable

I am using Outlook 2007 in an Exchange environment and have one user that
receives the following message when attempting to start Out of Office
Assistant;
Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is
currently unavailable. Try again later.
The user can send and receive e-mail and Outlook shows that it is connected
to the exchange server and the user has no other issues with Outlook. No
other user is experiencing this issue.
