Server keeps sending me read / deleted email

Outlook 2003 running on XP with a wireless network
connected to cox.net

My Outlook has a new trick. It keeps sending me all the
email that has been downladed over and over again.

I checked my email account settings and in the advanced
menu the option to leave the email on the account is NOT
checked off. Any ideas. Could my office computer which
accesses the same emails (on Outlook express) be causing
this havoc?
