Server Object Error 'ASP 0177: 8000401a' on PWA home page

This problem occures to one user only. On the bottom of
PWA home page there is following error mesage:

Server Object Error 'ASP 0177: 8000401a'
Server CreateObject Failed
/projectserver/Library/pjquery.asp line 55

The server process could not be strated because the
configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and
password.

The rest of page is displayed correctly. I did not chage
any user rights settings.

Has anybody an idea?
