Server terminating connection

receive message that TCP/IP terminated by server
unexpectly and gives error message 0x800ccc0f. This
occurs when I am trying to receive email using Outlook
with my cable modem provider, Comcast. Thanks. Can any
one explain how to remedy this situation?
