"server timed out" msg when publishing a web in FrontPage 2000

When trying to publish changed pages to my web, I get a "server timed out"
message. Is this a program problem or an ISP problem?

Normally it's a problem with your host web / presence provider.
However it will sometimes happen if you are trying to publish an unusually large file to the server.
If the files in your web a re of "normal" size, contact your host.
