Server Type - Greyed Out

Hi,

Have outlook 2003 installed
Under Tools, Email Accounts, ADD
Microsoft Exchange Server
POP3
IMAP
HTTP
Additional Server Types

All but Microsoft exchange server are greyed out. How do I re-enable these?

Is this for home use or a corporate network? How did you install Outlook?
did you configure a custom installation? did you set up group policies?

If home, did you activate Outlook/Office?

No Group Policies.
