Server Verify error - Brower Compatibility

Hi,

We just moved from our old server Windows 2003 32bit to new Windows 2003
64bit. Both running Sharepoint 2007.

On the new server, when I try to upload my infopath 2007 form in wss 3.0, it
won't pass the Verify:

Here is the error brower compatibility message:

There was a failure loading System.Data.dll. Details: Could not load file or
assembly 'file:///C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp22F.tmp\System.Data.dll' or one of its
dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format..

This is very strange. Please help!!
