I have a user who works remotely over VPN from a seemingly poor connection.

I have managed to get him to "save offline" while he's working on project
schedules, however he still runs into problems when he's done and tries to
"save online". Project seems to freeze for upwards of 15 minutes before he
receives a generic error. Of course, his changes are lost and I recieve an
angry phone call.

I'm hoping that someone out there can please let me know if there are any
special tips/tricks I can employ to help this user out.

Provide either Terminal Services or Citrix access to the application, or
allow that person to remotely connect to his/her workstation at work.

Thanks for the reply Gary. I was hoping that there was a better way to work
directly from his home machine.

The termserv idea will work for this user. He works remotely on a
permenant basis, so he has no PC in the office, but I can give him access to
another local machine.
