You could make it a superscript and it appears just like the TM symbol.
Press Ctrl + + (Ctrl, Shift, =) or the Superscript button on the Formatting
toolbar to input text as supersscript.
The service mark symbol is found at 2120 in the Arial Unicode MS font, but,
as others have told you, in most cases it will suffice (and be preferable if
the document is to be sent to anyone else who might not have Arial Unicode
MS installed) just to type SM and superscript it.
