Service Pack 1 vs. Service Pack 2

I have SP2 already installed. After I installed MS
Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003, the automatic
updates said to install SP1.

Does anyone know if I still need SP1 if I have SP2? And
if so, will downloading SP1 create any problems with SP2?

Does it say SP-1 for Office 2003 or for Office XP?
