service pack 2 dowloaded but will not install

I have office 2003 and I tried to download service pack 2 which has
downloaded on my computer but fails each time i try to install it. can
anyone help??

Peter,
Thank you for your reply but I have found the problem. The C drive was
full!! and and there was no error to say that. just a single word "failed".
