Three hour down load resulted in a failed install. Access suggested service
pack 2, can that we sent to user on a cd rom? Some of us are still running
on 56 K. With the first download failure the larger down load would take six
hours. I don't think I can stay on line that long. Help? Can I pick this
up at the bank where we have T-1?
