service pack 2

I am having big problems with downloading service pack 2 for win exp .It
downloads easily then at the end up pops a message ,this is unstable go to
add and remove prog and remove it !!!!!!!!! !
As microsoft help systems ( been trying diff ones for 3 hrs now !!!!)cant
help me .Is there anyone out there that can ?Please keep it very simple

I'm assuming you are referring to the Windows XP Service Pack 2.

If you have a slow or noisy internet connection that may be causing a corrupted
download file, I'd recommend buying the CD. The only cost is for shipping and
