Service Pack 2

I have downloaded Visio 2003 SP2 a minimum of 5 times. Each copy downloaded
gives the error "The specified path does not exist" when executed. The
service pack can be applied via live update but I have a bunch of offline
computers to patch. Is the downloadable version corrupted?
